2019 L4Life Golf Day & Dinner Auction

On Friday 11th October, we held our 2019 L4Life Charity Golf Day and Dinner Auction at Green Acres Golf Club! What an incredible day we had – there was so much fun and love in the air on the green and at dinner. Thank you to all who joined us!

We had golfers with all golfing abilities from many parts of our L4Life Village – friends enjoyed playing together and new friendships were made, and everyone embraced the day in some perfect weather for 18 holes of golf!

Our Dinner Auction was filled with laughs, with some live HYBPA? banter between our hosts Tom Gleisner and Sam Pang, plus our guest Urzila Carlson.

There were great and popular live auction items and raffle prizes, with live music during the night by The Trench Trio with Alice Pryor. The night was made extra special with a talk from Sue West and her son Charlie Jackman. It was amazing to hear Charlie’s story from Sue and Charlie himself. Charlie is our first L4Life graduate to share his life successes; we’re all very proud of you Charlie. We are excited to see you and your Charlie By Art grow!

Together we raised an amazing $37,000 ❤️

The funds raised at this event will fund Fair Access to life-changing programs for kids with autism from families who cannot afford them, helping our L4Life kids learn to learn, communicate, develop social and independence skills to reach their potential and at the same time take some of the stress out of their families’ lives.
